From Investor to Adviser
Aegis Finance is led by Phil Christofis, Managing Director, who brings a unique “boots-on-the-ground” perspective to every deal. With over 10 years of personal experience as a property investor, he manages a diverse portfolio of rental properties in his own company.
Having transitioned from a high-performance sales background, he has turned a passion for property and experience in strategic advisory into a specialist commercial finance brokerage. Phil actively invests in the 2026 market, so he understands the nuances of leverage, interest cover ratios, and tax-efficient structuring from a client's perspective, not just a lender's.
